The prices for individual Fox Hunt games are listed on the website along with the game description, and Fox Sarajevo reserves the right to change these prices, except for users who have already paid. By purchasing, users agree to the listed prices.

RETURN POLICY

Payments are processed through the payment provider Multipass, available at https://www.multipass.digital/terms-conditions and https://www.multipass.digital/privacy-policy. For any payment-related inquiries, you can contact info@foxinabox.ba.

Upon arrival at the game venue (stated in the description of the game) and after following the instructions sent via email, you will be informed of the game rules and will provide your consent to play under those conditions. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to play, and Fox Sarajevo reserves the right to retain the payment, or you may request a refund.

By purchasing on this website, the customer buys a code to activate the game, which is sent in digital form to the customer’s email. The code is valid for one year from the purchase date, allowing the customer to use it at any time within the specified timeframe indicated in the game description. The service is considered fulfilled once the game code is activated, and in this case, the customer is not eligible for a refund. However, the customer is entitled to a full refund if a valid written explanation for the refund is provided within 15 days of the payment date.

COURT JURISDICTION

For any disputes between you and us that cannot be resolved amicably, the court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction, and the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina will apply.
